The house is on a high ground floor with its own entrance and parking place in the courtyard under a big walnut tree. It is a 100m2 house - ideal for 2-6 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a big living room/dining room and kitchen and a big bathroom. The house is equipped with TV, air conditioning and all the necessary kitchen accessories. One of the bedrooms has a big balcony. There is a table and chairs in the vine shadow in front of the house where you, dear guests, can rest after a day spent on the beautiful beaches and drink some well known Istrian wine. Not far from villa Anna there is a grocer's shop, a bar and an excellent restaurant offering Istrian specialties. Villa Anna is 2-3 km distant from the beautiful beaches and from the centre of Pula. You can reach the beach by car in less than 10 minutes.
